Just a heads up. Good price for the LG 48" C2:

https://www.lazada.com.my//products/i223324...Ip&urlFlag=true

Possible to get at RM3.8K with full discount. I bought my LG GX from the seller so can vouch for them. Thought of getting one for my home, but my wife threatened to kill me in my sleep if I bought another TV.

A lot of these fake accounts lately. Nonsensical characters as their name. Don't fall for it.

Ah… Good to know that. Thank you for the input. Alternatively, where can I get a deal on the A2?

Sometimes I feel so tiring looking at TV so close. I bought a 2nd 65" for myself and gave the old 65" for my kids which I installed on the wall. I still feel a bit big to watch from 10ft except when watching esport to see the details of the fights. Normally prefer to watch from 15ft away.

I used to think that as well. But the combination of 4K and OLED I believe has changed the ball-game somewhat.

I made the mistake of purchasing a 55" OLED first because I was afraid that the TV might be too big. Eventually upgraded to a 65". So, please don't be like me.

I dont think OLED changed anything. I think more of a personal preference. If watching TV from further back, I can focus on the whole screen without moving my head at all. When it got close, feels like I would missed the content from the edges.

Fair enough. Although personally, I've never experienced having to move my head to focus on various parts on the TV.

At the end of the day, buy what fits your lifestyle and budget.

75" or 77" if can afford 🤔
I'm using 65" for 9' viewing and after some months, wish to have a 77".

It isn't actually. I'm already on a 77" C9 for a few years now @ 7ft distance, it is absolutely the perfect size for this distance.

83" may only sound like "6-more-inches", but in reality is actually more than that.

Thank goodness the LG G2 doesn't come in 83". Not like I could afford it though, but still.

The stretch in terms of size between 65" to 77" isn't much but the price increase is about double. I think I remember now why I didn't go for 77" the last time I upgraded my TV. A price premium of 1.5x is something I may be able to stomach and would really tempt me to do something stupid.
