WOW guys damn impressed!!  :clap:thanks for you all advises.

I also did like zaro7, using a sun glasses as a filter and it was not so cool outcomes.

but if i want to get fisheye kinda design, I should use ISO 100 slides and take under the strong sun??
*
fisheye comes with fix aperture and shutter speed. if u wanna use iso 100 films, you gotta shoot under strong sun, if not use films with higher iso, maybe iso 400.

Hello there.

I have a Holga GCFN. Bought it not too long ago. First roll of film is still in the camera. biggrin.gif Haven't finished taking the entire roll yet. Still a newbie, but I can clear some stuff up.
If you wanna get a holga or others like diana+, I suggest you go through ebay, there are a few sellers that sells them at a cheaper price compared to lomography.com or folio.
120 film does not take 120 photos, it still takes 24 photos only. 120 is the format, like 135 and so on.
Slide films are films that you would want if you want to do cross-processing.
135 is the normal size for normal cameras, but it's a smaller format for Holga, you use 135 for sprocket-hole.
120 is the basic/original format for Holga.
Hope this helps.

none. hahaha ...
it should be the films itself rather than the camera.
120 cannot take 24 photos. it can take 12 photos.
220 is the extended version which can take 24 photos.

wat films r u looking for? if normal negative films, u can get in major photo shop.
if u want slides film, check out foto mega in wangsa maju, e-six and keat camera in pudu, photosun and ysphoto in ss2.
expired films, check out photography forums, sometimes some ppl might wanna let go theirs.

lomo l-case get from lomographyasia if not check out folio, mooks, rooms, but i doubt they have ready stock.

d8kd,

i was just being sarcastic when i asked which camera gives you 24 exposures for 120mm. besides, 120mm films number of exposures is determined by the camera not the film.

meaning to say

a mamiya 645 gives you 16 exposures
a hasselblad gives you 12 exposures
a mamiya rb67 gives you 10 exposures

and we are still using the same film: 120mm

went to mooks today, they only have "hip bag" in stock. sad.gif
bought some negative around kota raya area, i think it's quite a bargain ( below rm10, well, I'm nt so sure about that tho, tongue.gif it's been 9 years since my last purchase)

what's the price for film developing @ photosun?
what package do they have?

blush.gif I'm still very new to the world of lomography

hahaha... i knew that u know the answer for sure. but i just wanna clear the doubts for others who have read voidbutterflyx's post.
btw... i think lomographer seldom use such a high end camera as u mentioned.

for holga equipped with 120mm, it can gives either 16 or 12 exposures depends on which mask is used.

hip bag is ok mah ... cheaper too and u can carry more things with hip bag. in fact i prefer hip bag more than the L case.

RM5 for developing negative. RM8 for cross process. e-6 developing not sure. have not developing slide with e-6 before.
scanning is around RM7/8 per roll. cd is about RM4 i think, can bring ur own if i was not wrong.

they do have a special price for members (for printing).

check out from ebay if you wanna get holga, they are some sellers from HK selling at a much lower price.

diana can order from lomographyasia:

Diana F+
Diana F+ with Flash

there is no lomo in digital unless u photoshopped it, but tat will defeat the purpose of LOMO.
though digital seems to be cheaper in long run and you can immediately see the result.

but film to me is expect the unexpected. biggrin.gif

i misused my iso 200 film as ISO 100 in my cam setting. sad.gif
what shall I do now? blush.gif keep shooting in iso 100 and ask the shop to over-exposed it or change it to proper 200 and pray hard that my previous photos will not underexposed? sweat.gif
