hav not tried x-pro -ve film b4, but i think i've seen some forumer said if you were to x-pro -ve film, the color will wash out.
x-pro slide film will enhance the contrast, saturation ... etc.

it depends on which shop u go, i used to develop them at photosun @ ss2. for normal e-6 process, they charge RM5 per roll, x-pro for RM8 per roll.
scan to cd for another RM7 per roll and another RM4 for the CD. it's one of the shop in town that charge reasonably for x-pro.

many professionals like to develop their films at e-six at pudu plaza which is one of the available professional shop. but i've quite a bad experience with the shop. there was once where i would like to try to x-pro my film in tat shop to see if it gives a different result and the gal tried to charge me for RM16 (if i remember clearly) per roll. i said why so expensive, i used to develop only at RM8, then she told me she'll risk spoiling all the chemicals for x-pro, then after some conversation she agreed to x-pro at the price of RM8. then i said i wanna scan to cd as well, she said scan to cd is RM25 per roll wow ... again i said it's soooo expensive. in the end i said it's fine, i'll go back to the shop where i visit frequently.

i was soooo mad at how they are doing business bcos i remember reading someone's comment that x-pro will not actually spoil the chemical.
i hate it when those ppl thought we are just a dumb ass who knows nothing and take advantage on us.

yup, if they dont know and hav such worries then it's understandable.
but i couldnt accept a professional lab like e-six is using this point to cheat the customer.

btw, which u do you visit and what's the rate that they charge?

it depends on which cam u r going into. LCA+ can cause u around RM9xx, while others lomo/holga cams should be around RM2xx-3xx
yeah ... the outcome is always full of surprise and unexpected.

some said they can always produce the same effect in photoshop, but i say that's not true. photoshop just cant reproduce the exact effect.

it's one the most awesome colors that i've seen on a negative film.

i think so far no ppl did tat. the color might washed out if developing negative with e6. ppl usually x-pro slide.

digital cam and photoshop die hard will insist they can do everything with photoshop, but i dont agree, cos i felt tat the outcome of films especially the feeling to it can't be replicated in photoshop.

not really worrying of the sales, digital has die hard fans and so is film lomo

i think normal slr dont hav multiple exposure function, but they should have B mode.
an alternate way to achieve multiple exposure would be turned to B mode, after u shoot the first picture, cover the lens with black card and have the shutter press on and then remove the black card when u wanna capture the 2nd picture.

of cos this is a very inconvenient way to achieve MX ...

it's kinda true ... films arent cheap. but everytime i'll try to source for cheap films
must learn from pro like u how to develop films, it must be more fun than just sending films to labs.
