hi guys! I wonder how they delivery yogurt ice cream? this is quite cheap compare to the cup one in retail.

From my experience mostly from lazada & gemfive; products quality are same. Mostly because main sellers also same company.
The good thing about lazada, more friendly after sales & easier to trace order. Gemfive use local courier which some unknown company.
However, overall Gemfive give more discounts than lazada.

I also got some problem before with online shopping b4 especially fake products & refund process. But rare case. It not stop me to buy anything online. However, be extra careful & read customer review (if review for that product not available, read review for other product from same seller).

Both Lazada and Gemfive got bad cs service. I've already stopped shopping at Lazada over a month ago yet i still nid to quarrel with their cs everyweek due to a refund of defective items backtracked to the end of November. Made over 14 phone calls to their CS aldy which cost me RM60+ of call charges, yet still dragging my refund. Syiokk gila. Always dun reply my email and forced me to call them, and everytime call them need to wait 15mins or more. If i made more calls, probably the phone bills will exceed the refund money soon.

Any issue with gemfive? My lastest order din't go thru my email, only processing on the webpage.

Ordered note 5 from gemfive. Ordered on 2nd Jan, received yesterday. Gemfive page still showing order processing, well at least it finally arrive.

Rm520 for 20 boxes of dolce gusto and 1 free Mini Me coffee machine. Damn cheap. Just ordered one. First time using gemfive.

It was cheaper previously @Rm450 or so with Happy30 voucher. do take note of the expiry date of the boxes tho, all expiring this year, so u gotta drink alot! 

Previously rm450 got free machine also??? Thats really cheap.

My house already have 1dolce gusto melody machine. Now this offer i get 10 boxes for my house and 10 boxes for office usage.

yep.. same offer, just that different voucher code, previously with Happy30, it is 30% off. wow youre such a hardcore drinker, i doubt i can finish the 20box myself, but for the free machine why not.

its very common...item already arrived but the gem5 still says order processing or verified.

Just got a call from courier asking direction to my house
The order is still at processing btw
So overall it took almost 19 days for my order
Now just waiting for the phone to be shipped now.
