Waiting for 30% (max RM300) discount on G5, last time missed liao T_T

bought some gopro accessories from 11th street. Seller advertised shipping within 2 working days. Seller given tracking number on the first day. But now its been 4 working days haven't received any items. Tracking number also cannot use. Called courier company they said that tracking number does not exist. How many days i have to wait before i tag it as non arrival?

order a LED TV on 23rd Dec 2015 with Gemfive, until now not receive it. Anyone experience the same thing?

Mind to share with me again what problem?

caution on buying stuff from gemfive...here's the quick one on what happened..

My cousin placed an order ( some computer stuff ) in nov 2015. Item was out of stock. Cs email her asking her banking detail for refund purpose. She replied back the same day and received an confirmation email from gemfive. Unfortunately until now gemfive keep delaying the refund for no stated reason.

She called up kpdnkk to inquire about filling her case with e-Tribunal. The officer himself told her no surprise cos there is a already a handful of case filed against gemfive.

After she filed in her case and warn me about her experience....i have completely stop patronizing gemfive already. I had spend over RM5-6k previously and put it a stop now...

Note : btw gemfive had already revised their terms on refunds ( longer period of refund now d ). pls read it before commit any purchase from gemfive.

From my experience mostly from lazada & gemfive; products quality are same. Mostly because main sellers also same company.
The good thing about lazada, more friendly after sales & easier to trace order. Gemfive use local courier which some unknown company.
However, overall Gemfive give more discounts than lazada.

I also got some problem before with online shopping b4 especially fake products & refund process. But rare case. It not stop me to buy anything online. However, be extra careful & read customer review (if review for that product not available, read review for other product from same seller).
