Nope, sell like "hot cakes" is because of GemFive discount.
If no discount, sales will drop drastically.
So, sales will be bad on official Xiaomi website, not even sold out.
It is funny to see where no one is rushing to buy from seller that price them at RM929, both gold and grey color.
Price factor indeed is the most affecting factor.
PS : Singapore sold at SGD299 for 32GB version. No option for 16GB version. Slightly more expensive than Malaysia set.
But of course, we can't compare those price with direct currency conversion, different earning.
