Gemfive is really a nightmare. I ordered printer epson L455 from them on 7 january 2016, and waited patiently until last week still got nothing from them, and i started to call them to ask the update, and call after call, same answer given, just need to wait and wait for supplier to send. Yesterday i cl again, still same answer, they said they will ask from supplier. today i cl again, suddenly said supplier dont have stock and might need to refund back. farking piss me off, after 3 weeks of waiting, call after call, only now they told me they dont have it. this is nightmare and the worst online buying experience that i ever encountered. so dissapointed.

I find that their facebook is actually more responsive..Send them a PM and give all your order details.. get feedback and follow ups.. but if your item is urgent.. really dont recommend to buy from them.. cause if u get a crap supplier then you are doomed.. haha.. but if kena good one.. then ok lor.. super quick.. but their discounts have been quite decent so far.. |

Bought lots of pc stuffs from them and all got within a week and nicely wrapped. Must be some other reason why yours was delayed and now canceled. Next time should message G5 fb page. Very responsive and they will take action immediately. |
