Can condo management block/ban African tenant?

i wonder if everyone with that mentality i wonder where PH who are sincere will stay...setting an image that malaysia do not welcome PH... imagine if that happen at your own race..how will you feel...

they cant do anything lah. JMB got no authority to ban people from a building.
JMB have a hard time even asking for money from owners for service. you think they can tell owner who to rent to? hahaha. they cant do anything. but as others said. maybe it'll save you some trouble not to rent to him. |

Money minded people will always play racist card... tapi bila kena kat anak bini masing masing.. sendiri mau pikir lorrr..
My place.. we set rules if still wanna rent to african student... any damage caused by them will be bourned by owner it self... and direct billing into maintenance acc... More than rm 300 maintenance bill not paid.. we block parking... entrance access card... lift access ... and do remember..owner just own house but not common area... |

totally have no idea why this post became a poll which is not related at all.
Why very insists to rent this this particular PH and wanna against management decision, whether it was set to help the image of the highrise or could be it majority owners own decision which sey by JMC? Seems unknown here. Did you talk to the JMC to clarify this matter instead of gather a poll here? generally, management company has no right to block any tenants but if JMC advise to empower management, the guards are also empower to stop this ppl going in. |
