I receive automatic update for new windows 10 anniversary update yesterday night, causing the internet extremely slow down (too bad I still use streamyx.. )

During installation, the windows update fail and causing error as screenshot below:-




I try to restart PC already but still like that.

yes, creating a system restore point will help. also, don't do anything else beside upgrading and straight away rebooting.

Finally successful update to the latest version.
Luckily there is no corrupt for the system file.

But it seems like the CPU process getting more and more compare to previous ver of Win10.

Normally I set as normal for the power plan.
However for the Process Explorer, any difference between origin "Task Manager"?
Currently Win10 task manager can see the chart, which process run very high usage, but not so much detail.

you can also use resource monitor that is linked in task manager for monitoring (more details)

tbh my cpu usage is like 0% most of the times. it's only when i do work that it will run high.

try O&O ShutUp10 as i removed spybot anti-beacon cos stuck v1.5 for quite some period without new update.

i use sysinternals and shutup10 also hehe

as part of system optimizations for myself, i remove everything that i don't use and can be removed. also, i disable all apps that run background. (settings > privacy > background apps; none of these affect my productivity)
