Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x80073712: Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB3176934).
from a quick search of error code, usually sfc /scannow at administrative command prompt will help resolve the issue. have you tried it?

I have a question. If i skipped this KB3176834 and wait for the next update, the new patch is going to include this KB3176934 or not?
yes, as long as the new update is cumulative update (cu), you will get all the previous updates also. this is always true for cu, unless they have explicitly declared in their release notes that you need prerequisites.

Ok I macam notice after use bitdefender already the update is not successful till today...last time use avast is ok
each av handle things differently. in terms of user friendliness you could say avast is ok, but in terms of security, i would say the way bitdefender protect files and the need of user intervention when necessary is better (at least users are forced to be aware of what is happening) also, check if you have the latest compatible bitdefender. normally disabling av before updates and turn it back on after that should be ok. if it's not, then you can still find out if there are solutions for you at bitdefender support forum. (if it's a bug, someone might already have reported it before you)
