 How to get 6 pax?

I'm recently have belly. Old pants can't wear and size increase about 2-3 size. I think I need to slim back and resolution for this year is get 6 pax. I'm only interest to train my stomach and not other area.

What is best exercise routine to get 6 pax?

It is not possible to train only stomach show 6packs/abs. You cant control which part of fat to burn first.

Try control on your food, take clean food, and no sugar such as soft drink, desserts.

Y not possible? I thought different exercise train different part if muscle so I can just skip other exercise and concentrate on stomach exercise right?

if meal hard to control then u need discipline ur cardio to burn them out lo, if u got belly how does the abs show out,

Ya that's Y I say need rekomen exercise which train that area. Sit up and plank I can do. Need how many sit up and how long plank to achieve maximum effect? I thought plank is train bicep or something. It quite easy as I can hold for few mins.

sit up and plank everyone can do, but make sure u do it right, the breathing and the angle is important, if u find training is easy, something is wrong.
how much and how long is subjective how much ur body can take in, and plz make sure u perform in a warm room, is best if u can sweat out.

Wth troll video! It never teach me the exercise routine also. If I'm going to lose fat then other part if my body will look thin la. Right now my problem is belly fat while other area thin make me look like alien. My goal is to lose belly fat and get the v shape so I can wear back less size pants

ill probably suggest slowing down the crunch, no point if u doing it fast, ur just making use of the momentum.
keep it 100 times is good, but slow down the action inhale exhale properly, u need to feel the strain and pull that is going on in the abs muscle
