Sorry la bro. Small business, can't really do discounts yet but let us know if you need any customization to your drink or if not nice just ask for replacement.
If I'm there I can brew up some samples or do platter to let you experience all the different flavors. Of course, all this are off menu. Only for regulars haha

While we are roasters ourselves, we do also take beans from others (even international roasters!). The whole idea is to give you guys variety  smile.gif
Can you drop me a message on my Whatsapp? 0125933572. Easier to converse there. Can give you more info

Thanks for recognizing what we are aiming for. Indeed, a 2 group would be a waste at the volume we serve. Better investment putting into grinders and beans

just try ur Guatemala today but still prefer what i have that day ....

Yeap, the smartgrinders are known to have issues with light roasts eg: Nordic style
But I agree, light does not mean underdeveloped if done correctly!

Yes, we're all very sad about it too. It's a management decision that we couldn't overturn (tried really hard)
On the flip side, the first 20mins is free and it's only RM1 for first 4 hours. You could still drive buy for a take away cup and get out within 20mins  tongue.gif

I have had a couple of incidents of delays when ordering from LeBistro, but nowhere as bad as yours....just maybe the worst being 6 days to delivery, after one inquiry. Not a terrible situation but when you are completely out of "supplies" it is a bit frustrating.

On the plus side they roast in order (with roasting date) so even if delayed by a week still extremely fresh. They were my second preferred choice after Mister Coffee, which while do not print the roasted on date, still produces acceptably fresh, and their delivery time was a perfect record for me; max 4 working days from order... dependable enough to keep inventory very low.

my order on 2 of august but no news from them till i files paypal dispute on 12/8/2017 (saturday), next monday (14/08) evening, they response to paypal with tracking ....

In your shoes, I admit I would also be very unhappy. The minimum would have been a simple email telling there is a delay past 3 or 4 days after receiving the order.
*
they have one of the worst system and after sales, bought 3 time since early 2016, end last year n now, never once a good experience.
1. Always delay (i never received my item before 1 week).
2. They blame Paypal never inform them abt payment received, that why cause delay.
3. Always blame customer, on my second order they blame buyer not providing contact number, but they make huge mistake cause i use company PC to order, every 5 minute print screen, so that is very clear do key in my contact + receipt show my contact number two. (that why i stop so long not buying from them.).
giving them last chances but they fail again with zero support, until Buyer escalate matter to paypal.

There are many other options of coffee roasters around. i would be pissed too if that happens to me. but coffee needs to degas so i think your dates of roasting and receiving is acceptable. but they took a week to roast your order after the payment!  rclxub.gif  they must be accumulating enough orders before roasting. hahaha

if they don't treat a customer right move on and try other local coffee roasters.  laugh.gif
*
i don't think they accumulate, they don't even bother until i files dispute to paypal(three day later, they update paypal response with tracking).
worst not even a single word on apologize ...

Not exactly subscription model but a more unique modified model. and i think @ymeng understand what i'm saying.
yes ymeng. but you need a website to do it, to promote what ever blend you are planning to make for the month. here is the idea where i got from thailand which i think its good have a view of their website http://www.philscoffeecompany.com/COFFEE-POOL.php

you can do what you are capable and ofcoz at the same time maximising your roaster and also your ROI. have a thought of it!  rclxm9.gif  thumbup.gif

You see my post got a few customers want already! hahaha we want fresh beans and hopefully at a reasonable price if we can coffee pool together.  drool.gif  brows.gif

un that bulk purchase or pre-order ?
