from the mi india website linked i can only see band 3 and 5 in LTE

for redmi 3s seems only band 3, 5.. digi using band 7 lte..double checked with digi website. although it seems celcom support band 3 and 7

Malaysia aren't importing Redmi 3S from India, so no chances that you could bought a Indian market unit.

Redmi 3 and Redmi 3S from China support the exact same band pair. It's just that Redmi 3S sold in India support lesser bands.

it says it will come with global rom
is there anyway i can check if it's a safe version of global rom? need sifus help please :}

Version number is always X.X.X.X where X is a single digit number with a line "MALMIDE" after the version number.

Hi guys,

Redmi 3 Pro user here and having problem with the phone GPS. When I open GPS based apps like Google Map, Pokemon Go, etc there is always notification "searching for GPS" and the apps having problem to lock my location.

Previously on EU rom and now just flash to Global rom, but the problem still persist. Tried enable high accuracy, allow permission and such but still not solving this issue. Any idea how to solve this issue? How can I check if this is hardware problem? Thanks.
