Guys, i wanna make a survey and ask opinions.
How good is 10.11.X el capital to macbook pro?Are there any known issues and is 10.11.3 stable enough?
I'm currently on 10.10.5 yosemite and quite hesitated to update to 10.11.3

Thanks bro! QUOTE(jumpstat @ May 11 2016, 05:19 PM) Very good price on this. Only complain would be the 128GB ssd. At the current pricing, this is a gem.

Try Tom Bihn, they made great bag. Very durable materials therefore long lasting I might say. I'm using one myself, up till today. I'm carrying my trusted office workstation, Dell m4800 daily with it. That's one huge laptop. Will add more accessories for the new acquired rMBP. Depending on the setup you choose, there's a lot of room for customization. Once you go Tom Bihn, you'll never use any other bag. Lol. QUOTE(takenaga @ May 2 2016, 08:53 PM) off topic a bit. what bag do you guys use to bring your macbook to work, college, etc? right now im using targus drifter messenger. been using it for 4 years i think. quite bosan. haha want to change to backpack. any recommendation?

QUOTE(AliceC @ May 11 2016, 11:37 AM) Hello everyone, I've got a question for the Macbook Pro. A friend of mine is selling his Macbook Pro 13 retina, A1502 mid-2014 model. The specs are the basic one; 2.6GHz Intel i5, 128gb SSD - proprietary PCIe (WTF), 8GB ram - non upgradable, soldered RAM, Intel Iris Graphic Processor. Warranty just finished. He's asking for RM2800. Is it a good deal? Can you expert provide some opinion? 128gb ssd will be bottleneck.

QUOTE(Ashroft98 @ May 13 2016, 02:31 PM) Any more features? Heard that Secure Empty Trash is no longer available I would imagine apple have beefed up their security with el capitan. AFAIK, what I have been using before this may it be apps/games, there are no issues like lagging or freezes.

Just got a Mac 13' Retina Btw want to ask. Is the SD Card slot in the Mac the same with other devices? I mean can I just get a standard Sandisk + Adapter and slot it in? Rather then get the adapter from Apple themself. Thanks

I enabled FileVault on my rMBP which is running on El Capitan and the encryption process is paused all the time. I cannot turn off the FileVault unless the encryption process is completed but the encryption process is stuck there. Any safe solutions for that as I dont want to loss any important data?

Some of the above are freeware and some need to purchase. Anyways the combination above makes my mac happy and I have no major issues since.
