looks like a decent deal considering the 300-500 GBP pricing.

failing which, the car will be submitted for workshop/insurance and it will be on open tender.
by then you'll have to try to track my car which tender/scrap yard/half cut shop it'll end up, you can probably save a lot more assuming that shop doesn't know what the ESP/mitsubishi ASC system is, but considering the wiring you need to buy and half cut shops typically aren't fond of letting you cut wires, good luck is all i can say.

it just saddens me that a good system will be going to waste

good to on with the route that you not familiar , after you master it you can off it all the time, i practice that way.

read somewhere that car fastest way to corner is with 5% of slip. with that you cant be fastest to corner, unless like some sport car there is some sport mode for the stability control allow certain slip before the system kicks  in.
