So much post abt fuel filter lately. Full set filter abt 4xx. The tiny pump (not included in the filter kit) itself cost 3k I was told by sc.. haven't verify that yet.

Check mileage n clutch condition... suspension squeaky sounds... other than the other usual checks on used cars. Keep in mind u not buying car with wira cost of maintenance.

Congrats on getting a lala... See if u can goto any Proton centres, the bigger ones like Mutiara or Kesas.. may have service records if previous owner serviced in proton sc. Else if in doubt, go and do a service, at that mileage, nothing major to change... yet. Do stick to full sync oil if possible.

Wonder how many old birds still drop by read this legendary lala thread... since lala almost 6 years old. We miss the kambing stories and "entertainers" that surprise us with their amazing intelligence... like 50kg arb..

1. Its not a cheap car to maintain unlike wira.
2. Get the 2015 car with warranty. Old 2010 unit you do not know the history and may end up repairing it more. Hefty cost upfront. However check the year of manufacture of the new car. It may not be 2015. Production stopped a while ago. It was only interim model until Preve was launched. 3. There is no 60% content. Been almost the same since day1 except for omission of light leveller wiring and steering wheel leather different after 2011. Some components already localised since 2010. |
