Sifus, I need a recommendation on a new laptop for my dad.

requirements are
Price: below 3.5k
weight: as light as possible (the lighter, the better)
brand: no preference
specs: at least i5, 4GB RAM, Screen at least 12-13"
Usage: AutoCad, Illustrator, Presentations

Hello all sifus, need some recommendation. Looking for a portable laptop for my university usage. One that I can bring around easily without putting too much weight in my bag. Currently using Asus X552-LD and it's too heavy.

1. budget: <1k
2. Usage: Browsing, word typing only.
3. weight: As light as possible
4. Brand: any, prefer Asus
5. Size: Below 14"?
6. OS: Prefer Free DOS

Prefer laptop with good build quality and battery. Thanks!

Hi, I would like to find a suitable laptop for my dad.

Requirements:
Price: preferably around 2.5k - 3k (a bit more is ok)
weight: doesn't matter, but better if not too heavy
brand: doesn't want HP, Acer or Toshiba, others are ok
specs: at least i5, 4 - 8GB RAM, Screen > 15", have port to connect to another monitor
Usage: use for stock trading almost all day, casual games, web browsing

Prefer those that can disperse heat well, good build quality and good keyboard.
