Looking for an ultraportable.

Currently it's between the Asus UX305FA with 8gb RAM/i5/256gb SSD for RM4099 or
HP Envy 13 with 4gb RAM/i5/128gb SSD for RM400 less.

The XPS 13 and Yoga are overbudget, so it's between the two above. Has anyone tried either or both and do you have any comments about them?

Hey Sifu, I believe you all have seen similar post a numerous time but would like to get a personal recommendation as well:

1. Preferred Brand - Any, prefer if it has a good after sale services
2. Budget - Around 2k (Preferably if it's lesser than 2k and comes with Windows license)
3. Usage - For College use, movies, maybe presentation that involves large size file and prezi presentation (I have a i7 Desktop at home)
4. Preferred screen size - at least 14"

I'm a right-handed (I guess this info helps in a way with where are all the ports for mouse etc).

Thank you for your help! smile.gif

Hi all,

I am planning to buy Dell XPS 13, but I have a couple of queries before I make a decision:

(1) Is the touch screen one more worth to buy than the non-touch screen?

(2) The touch screen one has two options; i5 intel processor and i7 intel processor. How significant faster the i7 faster over the i5?

Brutal opinions are welcomed.
