Home address, they (lazada) called me before, but seems like it's the merchant shipping out via their own courier, so i don't know why Lazada can't get the tracking number from them. Brightstar is the phone distributor, i guess typical local sucky service. Previous shipments from Lazada received ok, so I'm actually more angry with the fact that they can't seem to follow up on this case properly.

Just tried to call Lazada, no one answering after 15 mins holding, gonna try later again.

When u order bro ? Mine pre ordered on 30th Nov, received on 9th Dec iinm. Dunno my item have shipped(no update on Lazada), suddenly gdex guy called me. And they (Brightstar) use 'security parcel' coz its phone, only me can receive it.
Few days later baru Lazada update my item is being shipped lol
