Regretting ordering the One Plus X phone from Lazada, seems to be screw up after screw up, first it was delayed, then no update on the order, then no one knows where the phone is, now it shows as delivered today, but funnily not to me apparently since I didn't receive it at all!

Hah....that's the strange part of it, Lazada didn't provide any updates at all in the Order Tracking page, it was Processing and Verified, then the status became blank. Now suddenly shipped and delivered after I complained through email. But the phone is still MIA

Home address, they (lazada) called me before, but seems like it's the merchant shipping out via their own courier, so i don't know why Lazada can't get the tracking number from them. Brightstar is the phone distributor, i guess typical local sucky service. Previous shipments from Lazada received ok, so I'm actually more angry with the fact that they can't seem to follow up on this case properly.

Just tried to call Lazada, no one answering after 15 mins holding, gonna try later again.

Ordered on 12/12, and finally got a call from GDex for it today (actually to my wife as I addressed it to her). Arranged to have myself collect it earlier this afternoon.

How was the condition of the box when you got it? Mine, the corners are dented, inside seems ok, except weirdly, the SIM Pin key with the cardboard backing, the cardboard is really "kemek", but nothing else, weird if only one item like that is damaged but not others? Opened before by Brightstar before possible i guess....any idea how to check if the phone is brand new? Thanks.

It wasn't shrinkwrapped, just the red security sticker type, but I noticed it's easy to peel off and one layer is left below it with the Void wording. So...not easy to conclusively see.

One thing I support about Apple's Iphone; at least you can key in the serial number on their support page and see if it's activated before, warranty remaining days etc. Good for customer confidence.

Hmm, if i'm not mistaken, once you factory reset a phone even if used before, it'll run the setup routine again like a brand new phone too.
