Guys..

How does the bank CC discount works?

For voucher, we need to put in the code and apply. What about bank CC? Once we put in the CC no, it will directly give discount accordingly?

Email to them request for refund to bank acc.
Bank name, IC, Name required.

Dont accept store credit coz u cant use voucher anymore if use store credit

Hah....that's the strange part of it, Lazada didn't provide any updates at all in the Order Tracking page, it was Processing and Verified, then the status became blank. Now suddenly shipped and delivered after I complained through email. But the phone is still MIA rclxub.gif

have you called them and ask for it? they need provide you full explanation, email can be slow, call is most useful.

the delivery is to home / office address?
