Just fill up the online return form (need to sign in from web/desktop). Print it out. Bring the item with its original packaging n drop it off at a nearest MBE.
Returns are free. MBE will issue you a tracking no n a copy of ur return form.

Generally no specific, till then out of stocks, but Lazada may change the price from time to time.

But sensational deal rarely make sense to me, as it prohibit there use of vouchers, which make them bad deals for me instead...

helo guys, i have this problem to online lazada website via apps with my Umobile network-it shows 'Server Maintenance is ongoing'.
But when i connect with wifi (my home use YES wifi), its working. I switch back to my phone data, it continue shows 'Server Maintenance is on going' .
Anybody face the same problem?

guys i'm in the middle of returning an item. what else should i include in the return package apart from the return form? from lazada site:

1.Proof of purchase (order number, tax invoice, etc)
(need to include the original tax invoice that given by merchant?)

2.Bank details in Return Form if original payment is made via iPay88 or Cash-on-Delivery
(i dun see any part asking to fill in bank details oso... )

3.Include printed Return Form and Lazada Tax Invoice in each return package box
(already printed)


4.Reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met (check out below)
(fill already in online form)
