guys wanna ask something. if using lazada apps and pay using online banking, how to know if the apps redirect u to legit website?
just now want to buy something but after it redirect to online banking site i cancel it because can't check online banking address within the apps. i sked huhu.

first time buying through apps.pls halp meh.

So as long as we use lazada apps from google play should be ok right? Right now desktop codes either habis or expired already. Need to utilize apps mia code haha.

eh why ah when i tried to buy something from apps, after click buy it, it will straight show proceed payment button. no checkout page where we can put voucher code?

or lazada change the format already after clicking the proceed payment button only can apply voucher code?

ohhh...i tot they don't allow us use voucher anymore hehe.

guys i'm in the middle of returning an item. what else should i include in the return package apart from the return form? from lazada site:

1.Proof of purchase (order number, tax invoice, etc)
(need to include the original tax invoice that given by merchant?)

2.Bank details in Return Form if original payment is made via iPay88 or Cash-on-Delivery
(i dun see any part asking to fill in bank details oso... )

3.Include printed Return Form and Lazada Tax Invoice in each return package box
(already printed)


4.Reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met (check out below)
(fill already in online form)
