No, they won’t release as award to fill it full even they can’t sell in cash ticket , this apply to especially sq

for example, Cathay cabin crew know if u are elite flyer but they don’t know whether u are on award or revenue ticket . I believe it apply to most carrier.

But they do know if u are operational upgrade

Can’t keep, bank keep devalue as well as ffp , and they might change their redemption policy also, and...... more and more airline remove first class, as business class actually even u buy with cash also not that expensive, but first class really not much people can afford or willing to pay ,SIA now only offer first class to 4 Europe city, it use to offer to around 10 city, so just spend the miles, don’t keep

except be flexible with date, can be flexible with carrier also, I alr have an inbound flight from US this coming early September , but have yet to book the outbound flight from Singapore yet , which is set to travel at end of August...haha

I book under star alliance award chart, they only have one pricing, technically is ‘saver’. No waitlist is allow , so is direct confirmation, booked on January.

If your itenery involve carrier other than sq, even if sq is part of the itinerary, it will fall under star alliance award chart, so no waitlist .

KF advantage have better avaibility over saver , but sometimes do waitlist or even not available as well

AM choice is like KF saver, tailored is like KF advantage

Oh sorry, choice can book the ticket 360 days in advance , one week earlier than standard, by right, they should have better availability as they charge higher miles, this is also what claimed by asiamiles. Doesn’t means can comfirm on the spot, waitlist is still a norm even for choice award in asiamiles, in term of waitlist , I can’t comfirm but I do believe standard have priority over choice

How abt the avaibility of Air France award through enrich? How you usually search for Air France award space?

Just worry they have diff inventories, as airfrance and klm should reserve more award to their own member
