Yup, just got mine yesterday. 24 VC games in my Wii...and counting!

I finished them before on their SNES and Genesis form, having them in my Wii just makes it convinient to replay them. I never had any N64 before, since i was a student when i picked PS1, so im ecstatic when more N64 titles comes to VC. Never had a TurboGrafx either, so that more good news.

But looking at my sig, i have not finished all of them. Some finished as in completed single players or the storyline, but getting all achievements or unlocking everything will take a while.

when i look at ur collection in a thread(forgot the name of the thread), i was like WTF, does this guys really complete all those games, and i am kinda envy leh, hehe.

I dont think i've posted games i have in a single thread, maybe it's the pics at the "Show your Workstation" thread that got you thinking that way?

Im free most of the time now, so once in a while i try and spend some time revisiting old titles. Have to swallow some yuckiness feeling, since games on PS2 or Dreamcast arent that good looking anymore in the advent of the new superconsoles. My work time also allows me to continue trying to finish my portable backlogs.

Timing is one thing, and the recent gatherings you guys have are combined with the PSP folks. There's bad blood spilt between me and them, so i dont want to spoil the party mood.

My vocal stance on things like piracy and all also made created unsuspecting enemies, so meeting people whom i may have a clash of different opinions is not such a good idea. I go meet those i feel that understand where i stand, just that there are those who cannot accept radical, different opinions than theirs, which i subscribe to. And i hate all this piracy crap, so anything regarding that, or people who subscribe to these line of thought, i rather not even know or meet. Which is why i am very selective of who i meet or know these days, dont want the repeat of the PSP incident a few years back.

You want me to come to the DS gathering? Why? And no, i will never sell any of my games, i made that mistake during my student years when i needed the funds to purchase the PS1. Im glad i managed to get back those games i stupidly sell, although they are not in the form when i sell them in.

Hmm, i think those gatherings with psp owners are only once a year la.

about the ds gathering, bcos b4 sihumchai brought warioware, so i am kinda interested to test the multiplayer and i remember that u have completed the games, so only ur save file will enable us to play it lo.

Wii Warioware is easy to finish, it's collecting all those other minigames that doesnt come out during normal rounds that are difficult to collect.

You're the first person here who wants to meet me because you like me standing up against piracy. The others only wanna meet me because they wanna put a fist on my face for telling them what's right and what's wrong. Ethics and moral compass doesnt matter to these people when it comes to getting things they like......bank robbers dont care if they go to jail to get things they like, cash/gold in a bank, and ethics and moral compass doesnt apply to them either. So isnt it, to a certain degree, those who pirate , are thieves and robbers themselves?

When is the next DS gathering? I could pass you the save game in the SD card, someone copy it into a laptop or something. I save all my Wii Virtual Console purchases into my 2Gb SD card, just in case something happens to my Wii, i still have the purchased VC games inside the SD card.

hehe, actually i like ur stand lo. wont tolerate pirated at all, and that is the truth actually, someone tot that buying pirated is not wrong and they keep boasting about it, so i am rather pissed with them. if only everyone is like u, then pirated wont exist lo.

Definitely more than those who waited for the price to drop. Why do you ask? I dont mind paying extra, that is the price i pay for getting the chance to play on it early. Also, in the case of the 360, besides the single 3ROD case i had with the HDD, it has been working like a champ so far, while the later batch releases are dropping like flies. Perhaps there is something about buying first launch batches? I've had first batch purchase of JPN PS2, JPN Panasonic Q, plus a few others, they are still working till now.

Added on February 7, 2007, 3:12 amI used to be rigid regarding piracy, but i've soften up a bit when the thoughts of those who are facing difficulty saving enough money to get originals. I dont mind you pirating games, as long as you buy those you like, and support the devs. Dont go lying to yourself about not buying the originals because the game sucks, but then you continue to enjoy and play the game till finish.

Yes, there are those who brags endlessly about what they can do with pirated things, going online with pirated copies of the games, it's like they get a badge of honor or some sort for being able to trick the system while paying nothing when doing it. These are the worst kind, and they will continue abusing the system to their own selfish gains. They want to play games that you and me buy through our hard earned money, but they selfishly dont want to support.

If you wanna meet based on the Wii experience, im all ears bro! The more the merrier. Im planning to bring my own Wii to Mediaplex to give them a taste of what's Wii is all about, since they are selling PS3s now and they get queries about whether they sell Wiis as well.
