I will never consider this property due to high density despite it strategic location. Think about it when you want to sell/rent, you are competing with a lot of owners.

When supply is more than demand, buyer/tenant will opt for the cheapest or most value unit to buy/rent.

Mah Sing Southville along road can saw banner about it. KL south was stated from banner and website. when i search is far far and outskirt. Keras keras mau stated “KL” word😂😂. Mahsing marketing many pattern🤣

I think when it comes to property its all about the type of investment your looking for. whether your plan is to make it your home or to rent it out. akisama has been a reliable developer and each project has had high sales. even with as much as 'rumors' there are, people are looking for affordable housing and thats what they provide. just take that into consideration.

look at other country (Any Country!) , u cant find any.

Do you know need how many authority approve?
To cross that road, you need approval from:
1) DBKL
2) SMART
3) DUKE (future SPE is running there also)
4) Bandar Malaysia

Unless the developer is big developer like SP Setia, Ecoworld, Sime Darby, the small developer will give up the proposal.

A simple thought, those big developer is willing to invest big in infrastructure for their project, because they have cash. Small developer will not invest because the infrastructure is not making money for them.

To see the developer if they are willing to provide the infrastructure, see the project access. If the developer cant even invest in the project access, do you think they will invest in that link bridge?

Even MRT project, a national project, funding by nation, a link bridge crossing 3 authority also having hard time to get approval.

With a private project, no funding, crossing 4 authority, is it possible?

Razak City is a property for fresh graduate, new comer to city, low budget people.

Its no a product to compete with high/luxury range property.
