Another project with thousand of units (by another dev) few km down the road already "hanging"...

That's why it is highly recommended to frequently read lowyat forums and be alerted about which projects can't fly. This will help us and friends around us not to fall into the trap.

Take a took at the buyers there. Pitty them.
I had alerted a friend not to buy that. She skipped, fortunately.
