Btw this is the subsequent phase of Razak Mansion (which is a mere relocation and rebuilt) and in exchange, they get the surrounding land to this development.

Actually Akisama is same owner as JL99 Group. Under the parent umbrella.

The subsidiary company here doing this is Impianika - which is under JL99.
