Want to ask Hotlink reps, If I open another Hotlink prepaid account and transfer my balance from old prepaid account to new prepaid account, do I need to finish using my balance in the new account within 7 days?

I used to transfer RM100 to another Hotlink number and leave it there to use until it goes low. That will take a few months.

Hi Maxis/Hotlink representatives, I happen to stumble upon hotlink site and the prepaid plans are not as detailed as it seems. Monthly RM45 and RM35 calls are not unlimited? What about sms? Care to share the details?

Hi, You can leave balance of RM1 to keep the service active and make sure your service is active throughout the process of port out which will take 48 hours. If you have excess credit, you can share the amount to other Hotlink users by dialing *100# > Top Up > Share A Top Up.
