Hi ts, you still using this package?
The IDDC is charged one time RM10 and valid for one year if you're using SLL? The speed is capped at 64kbps and 12GB a year?

New Best v1 already phased out 1+ year ago ... and if you happen to have one of the old best versions, you already missed IDDIC by roughly 3 months ...

Now, only Digi Best 2017 is available for new subs with SLL365@RM108 ...

Best 2016/2017 SLL365 @ RM108 with basic internet
New Best v2 SLL365 @ RM68 with basic internet
New Best v1 and older SLL365 @ RM38 without basic internet

IDDIC was available upto New Best v1 (or was it v2? hmmm) and was not an officially advertised plan. All previously who took the leap of faith by subscribing to IDDIC was rewarded with free 64kbps.

This one, still available? Or have to use time machine...

Those that subscribe IDDIC last time, now still can renew? Very lucky those that manage to get it.

Only digi best 2017 allowed for new subs ..... all the old legacy plans no longer available ...
IDDIC will probably be renewed for old subs, unless digi changes its policy on legacy plans/status.

New subscribers means new subscribers or old subscribers that change to this new plan also can?

If those old subscribers that renew and still get free IDDIC, worth it to keep it that way.

IDDIC is auto-renewed every month, so existing subscribers will just continue to use.

For anyone not holding any of those old plans at the moment, the only way to get one is to get it from an existing user. If you go out and buy a new SIM pack, you can only get the 2017 version (SLL@108). If a user upgrade his/her old plan, I believe only the latest version will be available in the list (to choose).

IDDIC... I think it'll disappear once you change plan...

How about New Best v2 SLL365 @ RM68? Does this still available for new subscribers? This one have basic internet right?

Those old plan are not forced to upgrade to new plan every year? My friend told me last time every year he want to return subscribe SLL, Digi will force him to upgrade the plan, else he won't see the option to subscribe SLL.

New subscribers can only get the 2017 version with SLL@RM108 now. When you buy a new SIM pack, you can only get the one and only latest version of the prepaid plan when you activate the SIM card (Prepaid Best or Prepaid Live, and we're discussing Prepaid Best here). That is to say, once a SIM card is activated, you can check the version and it'll only show you the latest one - controlled by DiGi.

AFAIK, DiGi doesn't announce when they "upgrade" to a new version. I once helped a friend activate his new SIM card then subscribed SLL@RM68. Few days later, I read here that they've changed to 2016 version with SLL@RM108. Just as well that I decided not to wait for the extended validity after topping up his card with RM70 in order to do the SLL subscription.

Forced upgrade doesn't happen to every old plan... maybe only those that DiGi feels they're too old. Many here are still using the v4 (or maybe even v3) that's older than New Best v1.

Thanks for the explanation.
Seems it's not worth to buy new sim to get SLL with data now.

What my friend told me is few years back. Usually SLL is RM30, but in order to get SLL he have to upgrade his plan which cost him another RM8, so in actual he have to spend RM38 to get SLL every year.

Not really true these days that RM38 consists of SLL and upgrade costs.

My friends and I have been getting SLL for the past few years at RM38 and our plan versions have remained the same, not upgraded.

I plan only for keeping the number active, as I already have another number that's for regular usage.

SLL365 got 365GB fast internet data? So high? Is there limitation to how the data is used? Such as daily 1GB only.
