nope. you just need to pay rm30 to keep the sim valid for 365 days. make sure to convert ur plan to hotlink pantas or else the 365 validity will not be visible in the add on page.

so its rm40 per year c/w 5gb data

Correct me if I am wrong, I thought this Tahunan 99 is with 24GB data as TOTAL, and upto 2GB per month instead. NOT 2GB per day.

I took the maxis plan, convert to pantas then get the 365 active add on ... now my sim valid 1 year, but zero data (internet) ..... lol

oh, the 5gb is the top up 10rm? .. i thought the sim 10rm + 30rm for the active.. lol

What is the cheapest deal for super long life now? Just to keep the line active since it's a golden number. Occasional calls. Data is bonus.

Your SIM is from dealer that's why you were charged RM10. If from maxis centre should be free. BUT the maxis centre says no SIM for prepaid / gives a lot of excuses not to MNP your line in.

YET SIM is available for postpaid numbers. Go figure.

So you just add another RM 10 to get your 5gb data for one year validity and you should be fine.

One way around this is to sub the cheapest hotlink postpaid then convert it to prepaid after 1 month. Postpaid to prepaid conversion can be done through call unlike Digi which die die must go to centre.

Hotlink Prepaid 1.0 then buy Perpaduan pass for RM30 - comes with 30GB (3Mbps) for 180 days validity of line and data. Calls asing kira RM0.30/min.

Digi SLL (when it is offered) - "usual" is RM54 for 365 days and basic internet 500MB/ month (much slower than 3Mbps). Calls also asing kira RM0.30/min.

If I am not mistaken, Digi Prepaid free monthly 500MB basic internet operates at 64 Kbps. Extremely slow.

There is always the max priced RM108 SLL if you want.

RM54 SLL normally will appear during those twin "date.month" days or as Hari Gaji specials.

RM38 SLL is rare and based on my long term use of Digi Next plan previously as my main number, the algorithm will trigger the offer of RM38 SLL when you don't actually need it (like if you are already on "monthly active" plan anyway).

I found the rm54 promo ads in Shop tab. However upon clicking it jumps into Buy add on tabs which scroll down to nothing of rm54. Does that means promo ended?

I can still see it, ending 11:59pm tonight.

If you port over to Unifi Mobile now, you can only get 5G WOW Prepaid, not BEBAS plan.
