First you must understand the difference of statement date and due date. These two dates are different.

Why my card stop sending sms while swapping?

Used to send me sms to  my register number each time I swipe

And transaction no more update real time,  only credit amount update real time in cimbclick
*
The fastest I saw is the transaction to be posted in CIMBClicks by the following day. I never see it got posted real time before.

I am pretty sure it was like that all along until recently., only the transaction not showing real time.

My practice is,  swipe today,  pay up today via cimbclicks.

Now only can see real time credit amount.  Can't see transaction.  Later get hacked who responsible?  No more transaction real time / sms notify
How to set.?
*
Then what's the difference of using a debit card if you pay everything instantly? sweat.gif
You don't utilize the free interest period of which credit cards give to its users. Not to say your practice is no good but that's not really a wise move. You could save the amount elsewhere and earn some interests first rather than straight giving it back to banks that fast.

Er... All my credit cards won't show transaction details on the spot, it also depends on the merchants when they post those transactions to the bank. Earliest they will do is at night when they consolidate all transactions after their business hours.

After I swipe something, I can see my credit limit is reduced and unbilled transaction amount is increased, the details is not yet posted because it's still floating until merchant submits to banks.

No minimum spend required.

As for some online spending not given 5%, do check if they fall into other form of category instead of online.

Payment for utilities and etc would probably fall under other retail and so forth.

If you found a legit reason however, just drop a call to CIMB and they'll probably credit it back the next statement date.

Rebate will be credited to customers who are entitled to the rebate by 29 February 2016.
Coming to month end, just wondering if anyone receive rebate.

In case I have missed anything, these are the only "big" bills that can be paid at Sam Groceria:

TM (Normal/Streamyx/Unifi), Astro and TNB

Anything else?

OK thanks.

Anyone knows if we must pay exactly as per statement or we can pay statement amount (balance @28th) minus rebate we received on 29th (outstanding balance @29th).

Will CIMB charge interest if we pay outstanding without paying statement amount?
