QUOTE(Gen-X @ Mar 17 2016, 11:28 AM) A few of my iFriends messaged me at Facebook yesterday and today to highlight that Maybank will be downgrading their credit cards’ benefits once again Effective 15th April 2016!!! PTPTN still cannot be paid via Government site, I have tried several time and even contacted their Administrator, no definite time it will be fixed. All Maybank credit cards are effected - Gold, Platinum and Premium EXCEPT for Maybank KrisFlyer AMEX. Click the link below to find out the latest revision to Treats Points which will come into effect on 15 April 2016 and what credit cards you should use to replace your Maybank credit cards for transactions relating to Government, Insurance, Utilities, Education and even PTPTN: http://genxgenygenz.com/2016/03/17/bad-new...nts-april-2016/ ![]() |

QUOTE(edwardccg @ Mar 19 2016, 09:08 AM) Now i just notice the word kiosk. Is it a auto machine like printing epf ? Yes, like EPF machine. You will need to slot in your IC and scan thumbprint. Can i access to the koisk when BNM is closed ? I was thinking to obtain report during Saturday but their website mention on Monday to Friday It's at a lobby of the building, not sure if they will open during weekends because there are staff standby at the counter if you wanna ask anything about your CCRIS report. |

QUOTE(Coconut @ Mar 22 2016, 12:02 AM) For those annual income of rm36000 can only apply for 2 credit card. This RM 36000 looking at gross or nett salary? RM 36k and below can apply for two issuing banks' cards not two cards as you will share the same limit for all cards from the same bank. This is with the exception of Maybank cards and Maybank Ikhwan, two separate entities.Based on gross salary. RM 36,001 and above can have as many cards as you want but subject to banks' approval. |

After having my company's supplied Citibank corporate credit card for 3 years, today only I noticed it gives 25 days free interest period unlike our usual commercial credit cards which give only 20 days.
![]() Just sharing, good for me because we reimburse our expenses and sometimes could take a bit of time because processed by other region's team. |

QUOTE(FXSignal @ Mar 24 2016, 11:23 AM) Lets say i still have outstanding with my CC and expired date coming , Will i still get new card with the outstanding inside or they will need me to pay off first ? It will auto transfer to the new card, after all your card will be still the same no. No issue for you to make any payment. |

QUOTE(hirano @ Mar 31 2016, 11:32 AM) Now ptptn ccris dy. They told me got outstanding.. I just got my CCRIS report in January and there is no PTPTN mentioned there.I dont have other loans nor saman. What other reason could it be? Probably I will go and print again soon to see if it is there. Well, sometimes no credit history with banks is also another reason to be rejected. Probably try applying from your salary crediting back as a start. |

QUOTE(hirano @ Mar 31 2016, 11:56 AM) Ikhwan mastercard gold only. They did not give reason why. I have no prior credit card also.. this was going to be my first. No loans other than ptptn. Clean criminal record. Apa lagi? No wonder. Ikhwan MasterCard has super high tendency to be rejected. I was rejected twice despite having >10 cards in other banks and from Maybank too.So, what you can do is apply other Maybank cards and get it approved then after that ask to split limit from your current Maybank cards to Ikhwan card, you will get it. Else, just find for other alternatives while re-applying again next time. For cards suggestion: https://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=3644347 |
