You guys djn quote kilometers bcos you guys were clueless abt puchong to klcc is same distance as bsc to klcc.

gov sold Cyberjaya land to one company, and only one company. then this company resell the land to private developers.

why we need middleman? from there you can find yr answer, same trick like TRX, KWASA and bandar Malaysia.

the premium price wouldn't go back to gov.....it went into someone's else pocket.

Nobody xan make decision on where u bought. I was just making comment on buying far rung place for 1mil is ridiculous (elmina valley corner unit).

Then you guys boh soong, all attacked me w ridiculous comments, some w factual fact. Quoting half cooked cyber fact.

I dun even know where n how cyber came to bsc.
Perhaps some of yr buyers were cyber lovers but couldnt afford it then chong bsc.

Latest cyber launch was only 6xxk. Bet some of you regret big time now.

What is the Pro and cons?

Cyber also far rung place ma.. Just that it located south of KL 30-35km with Mex and sepang address, developement started earlier 20 over years ago..

Just find them obscenely expensive thats all.....
10yrs ago over 1mil i can get a bungalow at ecopark.
Now....lucky to get a corner unit link at elmina.

I find it very strange......

U guys should compare (if with any sensible mind) with semenyih beranang and canal city, kuala langat or far rung dengkil/nilai. Any popety w the same timeline of developmemt to north kl and btw 45 to 55kms to klcc.

All forms of property purchases are investment.

Investment = buy something now and expect future appreciation.

Dont tell me all of yr ownstayers here now expect to sell yr current property at the same price as you bought......10 or 20 yrs later....

So pls spare yr thought of i bought for owm stay, i am willing to take a loss for next 20 yrs....

Or

When you finally sell yr house in 20yrs, you will tell yr buyer i will sell at my original selling price without adjustment for inflation bcos i bought for own stay....i am willing to take the lost.....

you made your choice to live in a place away from your work place bcos its in yr word, a peaceful environment.

almost all new larger scale townships are also so called 'peaceful environment'.....

cybersouth, serenia, sun suria, ioi project in dengkil, pocket of development in dengkil, semenyih, kuala langat…..puncak alam….

if you asked me 10 to 15 yrs ago...I would say bigger house at far away places, std linked house (20x70, 22x65, 24x85), at satellite townships.

if you asked me now, service apartments or condo at key areas with lrt/mrt very close by or connected, plenty of food choices within walking distance, supermarket//hyper market within walking distance.

retired doesn't mean need to hide in mountain practise kongfu. in fact retirement better stay around near the city where relatives and friends are around. moved to far rung places you will be very lonely.

new taman is 50', some 40.

but neigbours fighting for outdoor space is nothing new, even in new townships. It will happen one day in BSC. Trust me, mark my words.

all tmn are the same, same type of people......they just moved from one place to another.

all houses will be old...…

dpc may be tight, but at least they solved one problem - nobody will block yr entrance. your guests wont be able to drive in and park their cars in front of your house.

give and that.
