maybe they saw the successful of EA... so they wanna follow suit... but semi D superlink in this area... kinda tough... lets see what will they offer as package.... haha

About quadruple profit margin.haha. The land they acquired long time ago, for sawit plantation, sure very cheap. I believe they can sustain, hope the clubhouse and school can be materialized soon.

They launched 2 phase semi d already. 1st phase the price start from 688k and the latest one in 2014 868k. If not mistaken all sold out.

not sure la boss, currently they open at bangi and kota warisan. i think its like aeon where u can find plenty of f&b outlet under one roof.

not racist lol, just notice they always open they mall at location where alot of malay staying.
but still a place where we can hunt for food. lol

Maybe in future they will have their branch in PJ, Cheras, Puchong, Damansara? hahaha nobody know.
