hillpark leasehold vs BSC freeehold...

hillpark nearer to most of the basic amnesties as at now... BSC still need to rely on their shoplot to grow further or travel to Puncak alam for more amnesties

hillpark package should be better than BSC due to leasehold status and MKH typical style and i think pricing vs size value also should be better....

Hillpark may have alot of general facilities but its open to public usage vs BSC might be more exclusive with a proper clubhouse and developer maintained lake park...

hillpark nearer to DASH exit vs BSC nearer to LATAR exit (both can use to go KL anyway, not sure will DASH cheaper than LATAR or not)

anyway from here go KL during peak hours... expect minimum one hour.... if ada accident or heavy rain or whatnot... expect 2 hours... lol

tak boleh compare lo boss... ecohill 2 selling sizes also different compare to BSC current lowest price units.... both also abang adik in term of time taken to KL.... at least from semenyih... u gt more chinese foods to eat loh.... from here u need drive 10 mins away to find genuine chinese restaurants... suggest u better look at ayra bandar bukit raja or setia alam starter homes better than these 2 areas... if size is not your major concern....

sometimes depends on luck one i would say... even near my taman... some house damn alot of defects... even until now after 2 years... defect still keep coming... my house so far so good... apa leaking or stuff also tak ada... some hairline cracks here and there though...

warranty almost expired soon for my neighbor case... so yea... hopefully they will repaired for him fully before they end their DLP term here...

frankly speaking... the contractor in my housing area quite efficient... usually i call them in the morning... afternoon will come repair already... and they will sometimes repair more than I asked for... lol

usually storage tank heater will just put at one central location... kinda like your hotel style lidat... and supply hot water to different bathrooms... booster pump obviously for your water pressure le.... i think google and u can find out whats their usage already?

not much direct advantage for BSC actually by using DASH... the route towards DASH exit from BSC will still as jam as ever during peak hours... best way is still exit to LATAR then to NSE then to wherever location u want....

its far... but smooth... only jam when u are nearby your office... in the cities... near... but god damn jam... so its your choice bro....

highway is the fastest to all those places... thru LATAR/NSE.... or guthrie/NSE.... the jalan kepong-kuala selangor always very jam most of the time.... due to too much traffic lights and also the mrt/duke constructions closer to kepong....

around PJ... RM3-4 like that per way depends on guthrie or LATAR i took... if from LATAR/NSE to jalan duta around RM5.40 per way....

yeah... if u are working in KL... this is the price u have to pay for easy access... or u can think another way... if u are going to buy a landed with similar size and similar condition in cities areas... the price difference can be use to cover your toll payments for very2 long time.... ultimately... its your own choice thou... haha

lol... so many posts about water heater.... u guys gt bath so much until it make your electricity cost so costly until you cant bear it meh.... if like that then dont use fridge and air cond also already.... sweat.gif sweat.gif

yeah... i mean my point is how much water heater will affect one's life and financial planning... if its come with developer provided... just use and enjoy it je lo... wan change la... concern about electricity usage la.... use the time to earn more money better la....

i'm also staying with my wife at my current landed... average usage around 70-80 per month.... every night on air cond except rainy night at temp 25 and above.... i think if really wan save electricity... dont install air cond at all....

depends on how u passby lo... lolz... from your statement most probably just drive along jalan sg buloh and go out through PMD aje super surface judgement...

aman putri is indeed in quite a sad state.... BSC i dont think alot deserted if you just look at those corner lots from below hill level.... cahaya SPK inside also quite decent occupancy rate... fren staying there and often will go there... his own taman generally very good occupancy rate from a drive around taman at night... those semi-D bungalows facing PMD are empty though.... puncak alam... i dont think u even drove in to the housing estates and have a look... lol...

very surface judgement nia... lol... just have a look from major road and put in a decision liao.... cahaya SPK linked landed taman quite decent occupancy rate geh overall... but not to the extent of matured in a sense too many investors bought those houses... like my fren's unit previous owner... he bought 5-6 units along the same street and slowly sell it out one by one over the 10 years... lol....

the semi-d and bungalow there really sad... no one staying and i doubt can sell at subsales also... haha

wa... hairline crack? how they usually define hairline? this one definitely need some serious restructuring already... but most probably could be land sinking issue... some of hillpark unit at the border of the hill... also got such crack issues...
