One thing I like about EW is their workmanship. They really can build as they design and it does look like some sort of place where the elites live in like Beverly Hills and Sentosa haha

Still waiting for more response in KLK's workmanship. So far I heard its quite good despite its core business is in agriculture

Hi All, didn't get any response i guess most of you guys staying in BSC are young family and probably your kids not into the primary school yet.

Anyway, looks like PH gov going to review the SJKC primary school approved by BN gov with some politically correct reason ...

Well, within less than 5KM (around 3KM) actually got 2 new SJKC approved, one in BSC and another one in EG. I guess end of the day will be max only one allow to proceed and build.

For those who got kids going to primary school now or later around 2020, welcome your input for discussion.

Despite the above reason, I just bought the North Haven Hemingway Residences Semi-D as I have been looking for freehold + individual title Semi-D around Klang Valley and hardly find property with this land size and price. Nearest will be City of Elmina which I almost going to buy there with smaller land size and 1.5M after rebate prior found this semi-D in BSC.

If you love Chinese food, you will miss them. In Bsc, the Chinese mix rice is tasty but close at 3 pm. Dinner at Restoran Yusof is good too, it has nice Malay and Mamak food. We go to Pj for Chinse food. Pay toll using Latar and North South Highway. Both road surfaces are smooth. The cost is rm5.20 one way. Travel time 45 minutes slow drive.no jam at all, guaranteed 45 minutes reach home.

bro, have to understand all those is just sticker game from agent/ developer , in such to trick that many unit sold, so that it seems like very high demand.

I have been to Restoran Cheng Sun in Ijok. The seafood is nice and cheap. So staying in BSC at least can get cheap seafood...haha

I feel EG still sounds most promising isnt? as compare to others, cause you said even sime darby growing commercial slowly.
but in term of location Elmina still most strategy, because nearer to PJ and KL.

true also... but i saw alot of shops around BSC, even puncak alam, but alot of them are not occupied. Hopefully by the time BSC, EG and others also complete things will get better and business will start pouring in. I feel Bank is very important, especially those who do business.
