pricing wise? also similar? if size is your main concern... then BSC should be your choice since both also freehold... as for whether DA can be another setia alam... that's another matter... SDB has never been the kind of developer that develop amenities as fast as SP setia did....

yeah... basically other highways... like NKVE, federal etc... once accident or heavy rain... can kiss good bye already... therefore i always use guthrie - NSE to work... no need so headache... seldom affected by heavy rain at least...

well.. when u look at the brochure of EG vs BSC... u will see who is really selling landscaping and who is selling on the size... anyway EW projects wont have big built up because of their promote of backlane gardens... easily BU of 400 sq ft will lost there compared to those who fully utilize the whole land for the house BU... there are ppl who go for aesthetic and ppl who go for practical... so its not really comparable kind of product... haha... they are launching a semi D soon... maybe u should compare that instead of their cluster houses...

from BSC wor... need 35 mins meh... from hillpark to paradigm averagely 25 mins can reached during off peak... i assume from BSC should be similar...
