We were at the area yesterday. Totally fell in love with Ixora i. Unfortunately, the last unit was sold off yesterday. Only Ixora 2 is left.

If there are those who have booked Ixora 2, is the key handover same period, (April 17) as with Ixora 1?

Also anyone traveling to work from BSC to KLCC and looking for a carpool mate to share cost?

Hi guys , I have 1 unit IXORA type 1 to let go , actually i have just paid my 5k deposit 2 weeks ago , but now decided to cancel it , Facing playground , Type 1 ... if interested please Message me , no any additional charges but i can save some cancellation fees ... thanks ! ^^

this place is bloody far...

and i notice about the house design is very old fashion compared to elimina by sime

Far or not...still 'blardi' closer to klcc when compared to elmina and coalfileds...

My point is...not only puncak alam or elmina you can get under 1mio links.

haha... my point also not about puncak alam or elmina... my point include semenyih, rawang, puchong south, BSR, AI and more townships....

anyhow 30km from there to KLCC... but the LDP jam is crazy... and from taman mas... distance only seems attractive... i try to drive out from there before to KLCC during peak hour... not much difference with the time i took from elmina to KLCC during peak hour....

Yes, that's lakeside residence under Glomac... Behind IOI Mall...

Not that far compare to Puchong Prima..

Below 1 million, But leasehold and smaller BU...

Its F&G and have clubhouse...

Kenot compare price like that la boss. Below 1 million is very subjective, need to also the consider built up area, fitting and finishes, design (old fashion or not) , condition (run down or not) mellow.gif

haha... my general response is that... u wan a good landed township... the options are limited... and to be frank... not everyone like puchong as well... hence you see why the townships i mentioned still gt ppl buying... haha... and again... distance is very subjective and a tiring debate... biggrin.gif biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

Hmm, township planning also subjective matter. Developer can promise what ever they want, but can it be materialized as good as concept planning or how long need to wait before it can be materialized? biggrin.gif
