i received the letter from klk last month ask me go shah alam land office change the name myself

lol why seems so troublesome one... haha.... for my house... before VP just need to pay the utilities deposit and i am good to go already.... just wait for VP subsequently....

dont know why need change it myself, instead of developer do it on behalf

So confusing, just got my letter for VP for Ixora...with also the last amount of payment including all the maintenance, security, tnb and so on...that it self cost RM3770...aiks...

OCBC and Hong Long have disburse the money, so they can collect key first lolx

Dont think Maybank will do the job as fast as other banks. They even made the first payment late and I had to open a dispute to further investigate the issue, as I was charged for the late payment interest by developer. Next time Maybank? Think twice....

so far as i know only ocbc and hong leong bank owner can collect key.

btw they charges us maintenance fee for 6 months lol just to collect rubbish and grass cutting.

Imagine 200 unit collection already RM 12K per month based on 200x60=12000

Speaking of that, why do we need to pay 60 a month for 6 months? I tot that was covered by developer?
Let's imagine RM2000 for the 'Performance Deposit'.. 200+ units * 2000 = nearly half a million.. I mentioned this to the lawyer before, they should pay us interest for collecting $ in advance... Well, as long as KLK does the job good, I guess it's worth paying...
