So confusing, just got my letter for VP for Ixora...with also the last amount of payment including all the maintenance, security, tnb and so on...that it self cost RM3770...aiks...

Did someone took their key already??If yes, hows the defects, is it ok to move in or many defects until need to fix 1st and move in later...??

Yes I agree, thank you, but just would like to know some details on how is klk's finishing as I personally had bad experience with LBS project...had really need to wait for them to finish defects as there were plenty...2 page of defects listed...and anyone here moving in very soon??

Mine CIMB too, my online account is updated, full amount released on last week Thurs, checked with KLK, their system not updated until the evening 5pm, hoping for today so that i can fix appointment for key too...and yeap, Excited too
