There's plenty of bank that will give out loan to those who qualifies....not to worry.

Earlier at Laman View office also saw many bankers there...they still need to give out loans, it's their business.

As of now, it's lakefront and lamanview. Lake front is open for registration while lamanview already closed and went thru few rounds for unit selection.

Lamanview should have another phase for pr1ma in the future. That's all I know for Cyberjaya.

Anyway there is rumah selangorku too, MasReca 19.

U planning to get a unit in Cyberjaya?

Centrus mall until now not open yet. But two years later I think tamarind square might be the Next hangout place in Cyberjaya.

There is renovation started inside Dpulze common area. Btw the business here seems to be improving a lot. So lively.

Cbj population steadily increase. Not sure how bad bangsar can be, but definitely Cbj is getting better over time.

There's so many negative views on cbj. But so far time only can proof who predicts it right or wrong. Dpulze mall is not showing sign of dying, but very much alive. So let's see when skypark is ready. Lets wait and see again, but if u still need to bash just go ahead. Time will proof if u r right.

Verdi is nice but price out of reach for many. Uem is pushing very hard to sell Verdi coz construction is at advance stage but many units still not sold.

I think not much changes la within short time. Maybe next year when you visit only see more changes when CyberSquare occupied, Centrus mall operating and tamarind square open it's business.

I think the only changes recently is Garden Plaza VP-ed and some units occupied already from the lights at night. Oh, and Crystal residence looks like almost ready too.

Actually I wonder if really there's so many low paying job around. At least from what I know many MNC starting pay for graduates also more than what it's reported in the article.

Why not wait till the school construction 50% then only hunt for the property?

I think no one can tell you which place can easily rent out when there are so many upcoming supply in Cyberjaya. Landed will be tougher to rent out compare to condo.

Agree, too high expectation when all compare it with Sillicon Valley.

Though the article sounds negative, they mentioned also the reboot as tech hub. As far as I'm concern, to stay in Cyberjaya, whether the tech hub succeeds or not, it doesnt affect much. It's the environment, the well plan infra, the wide roads, the many green spaces, basic amenities that is more important for someone like me. It's family friendly and conducive for students and workers.

Laman View is not all under PR1MA, they only have 2 phases of PR1MA apartment. The landed and also future condo is not PR1MA.

Anyway, I think Laman View landed also fully sold. But there's one more phase in the future which is G&G with strata title. Not sure when the developer will launch though.
