I don't have much confidence wf MCT to manage the mall too. Look at The Place @cyberjaya.

I think dpulze and tamarind will be the hang out place for residents here.

The shell station is located behind street mall, beside crystalville@vita, opposite domain.

The term center of gravity for klang valley used by ho chin soon is at kinrara army camp. Not a high concentrated area, no malls there and nothing special there. That's y I also don't know how to define center gravity of cyberjaya.

If it's center of cyberjaya it should be dpulze dy. But hang out place I'm hoping tamarind sq will be the next hot spot.

I like to cycle from perdana Lakeview area all the way to putrajaya until kelab tasik putrajaya. Nice cycling path along the lake.

More likely next cinema in Cbj is at Skypark.

I doubt they have space for cinema at tamarind because most of the space is shop office type. Village grocer should be below the center court.

Just sharing this, so hopefully people dont see PR1MA houses as low cost house. Probably many never visit the PR1MA site before to see the type of houses they r selling.

The first Pr1ma at Lamanview is having 850sqft - 1000sqft wf proper 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. 325 units on about 6 acre of land. The density and size itself is better than many other developments around. In fact, one of the lowest density development around. And they are rm220,000 onwards. So not even low cost and does not look low cost.
