QUOTE(icemanfx @ Feb 10 2016, 10:58 PM) Those eligible to apply to PPA1M must be currently staying at some place either gomen quarter, rented place or own place. After PPA1M is completed, their current dwelling will be available for another family, to rent or for sale. For every one unit PPA1M gomen built, will be one less demand in the private sector housing market. Believe not all civil servants are currently staying in putrajaya, the negative impact will be felt wider than putrajaya. Boss, I can't digest your logic. Whether it's PPA1M or private sector, aren't it the same logic? Still ppl move from somewhere to their new unit. So why Putrajaya only is the concern if u think this way? Everywhere else ppl staying at kaki lima only buy the new property? Then when ready all just fill in new units? No oversupply?

QUOTE(max_cavalera @ Feb 12 2016, 04:13 PM) Actually we forget something.... Incoming another few thousands of rumah WIP masreca and PRIMA in Laman xxx and prima in lakefron residence 😅 Public hospital will benefit everyone. Student, low/middle/upper income, young, old ...all will benefit. Also, the business in Cyberjaya definitely need more population to support and this will contribute to the growth. Not sure why you want to, but if it can be calculated, please share with us ya... Benefit the residents nearby here, doesnt mean they earn money boss...it's convenience and it makes Cyberjaya more complete.

QUOTE(Soros007 @ Feb 14 2016, 09:45 PM) McD sucks la bro... There are far more better burger in town. But many ppl love mcd because it's consistent everywhere and affordable. Of course there r better and more expensive burgers around Cyberjaya like myburgerlab, big bob burger etc. I'm more interested to see what's the next negative comments from Cyberjaya haters if mcd opens here. Some even have sarcastic remarks on public hospital, so I really don't know what's good for them.

I heard of mcd coming for so many years. First they say shaftsbury n dpulze competing to get them in. Nothing happened.
Then now tamarind square. I think if they open wf drive thru, business will be better than the mcd at Puchong gateway.

QUOTE(icemanfx @ Feb 16 2016, 10:41 AM) Believe cbj lack traffic count and land price is too expensive to sustain the business. There will be more than enough customers to sustain mcd business. Plenty of students will patron mcd. Don't forget there's plenty of day time working population too.

QUOTE(gks @ Feb 16 2016, 02:52 PM) Even though Cyberjaya the brainchild of Dr. Mahathir has been launched since 1997, it was means for MSC and IT hub. I believe the residential components are only fully launched since 2006 onwards... With majority of the new residential are launched since 3-4years ago. Currently night and day population stands at 70,000people Anyone know what is the current population for new township for example Setia Alam and Setia EcoPark that launched since 2004? Since 2002 Cyberia block A already there. But very limited residential until 2010. For all those years, only Cyberia, Dmelor, Cyber heights, Domain, Perdana Lakeview only. And that also Cyber Heights and Domain until recently just VP some of the newer phase. So yes, I agree the real resident population only grows recently. This year onwards will have many new units VP. Whether market can adsorb or not we will need to see.

QUOTE(martian13A @ Feb 21 2016, 08:50 PM) Another good news for Cyberjaya. Government is building a tram service in Putrajaya and Cyberjaya within 3 years. http://www.themalaysianinsider.com/citynew...-in-three-yearsI really wish they materialize it. its something I always imagine this place should have, but never thought they they will consider at this point of time.

QUOTE(Cabinda @ Feb 23 2016, 04:20 PM) Are cyberjaya tram going to replace existing mpsepang lrt plan? On which rail track along persiaran multimedia towards Taman putra perdana and a circle line at Masreca 19 and Prima sterling? If having tram from CCC to putrajaya sentral is really joke... First plan is lrt/mrt then change to 500m walkalator and now change to tram? Sound more like speculation than fact... I have no idea on mpsepang lrt plan. Also, wouldn't be surprised that the tram actually connects to Putrajaya Sentral and other Putrajaya areas only. I guess need to wait till they announce on the propose route. Anyway, where you get the info on proposed lrt in Cyberjaya?

QUOTE(icemanfx @ Feb 23 2016, 10:48 PM) ptj and cbj road was not designed or built with tram in consideration, construction may cost more than monorail. putraja holdings is unlikely to allow tram network to disrupt ecstatic scenery/view. a cabinet minister doesn't have the power or budget to implement such a project, unless it is announced by ah jib gor, should take it with a truck load of salt. believe frequent electric bus is cheaper and effective solution. Which road is built with consideration for tram, lrt or mrt? Comment like a pro! I'll take your comments wf a pinch of salt la.

QUOTE(HarpArtist @ Feb 24 2016, 04:09 AM) wa comment on tram also kena bash...taikors here dont play play even tram also vested in. dont poke hole in their pockets. borrow someone's comment from other forum: cyber/putra jam and population is NOTHING compare to KL city. please prioritize the spending of public money. Don't get me wrong. I like Cyberjaya but I'm not biased for facts. I agree if ppl comment that kl city jam is worst than putrajaya/Cyberjaya. Nothing to argue. But comments like @icemanfx, it's just plain bullshit. That's why I question him for the facts. So don't blame it as if Cyberjaya lover is bashing haters. Get real.

QUOTE(Zres @ Feb 24 2016, 11:03 AM) I like tram vr much, just like tram in melb, make short distance journey convenient, unlike LRT/MRT, usually we need to climb up & down, que for ticket Spot on, I took the tram in Melbourne and it's so convenient coz it's hop on hop off at road level. I really love to see tram implemented in Malaysia especially places like Georgetown, Malacca town, putrajaya/Cyberjaya.
