Those eligible to apply to PPA1M must be currently staying at some place either gomen quarter, rented place or own place. After PPA1M is completed, their current dwelling will be available for another family, to rent or for sale. For every one unit PPA1M gomen built, will be one less demand in the private sector housing market.

Believe not all civil servants are currently staying in putrajaya, the negative impact will be felt wider than putrajaya.

Even though Cyberjaya the brainchild of Dr. Mahathir has been launched since 1997, it was means for MSC and IT hub. I believe the residential components are only fully launched since 2006 onwards... With majority of the new residential are launched since 3-4years ago. Currently night and day population stands at 70,000people

Anyone know what is the current population for new township for example Setia Alam and Setia EcoPark that launched since 2004?

Another good news for Cyberjaya. Government is building a tram service in Putrajaya and Cyberjaya within 3 years.

Are cyberjaya tram going to replace existing mpsepang lrt plan? On which rail track along persiaran multimedia towards Taman putra perdana and a circle line at Masreca 19 and Prima sterling?

If having tram from CCC to putrajaya sentral is really joke...  First plan is lrt/mrt then change to 500m  walkalator and now change to tram? Sound more like speculation than fact...

ptj and cbj road was not designed or built with tram in consideration, construction may cost more than monorail. putraja holdings is unlikely to allow tram network to disrupt ecstatic scenery/view. a cabinet minister doesn't have the power or budget to implement such a project, unless it is announced by ah jib gor, should take it with a truck load of salt. 

believe frequent electric bus is cheaper and effective solution.

lrt and mrt don't share the same sq ft with road like tram.

wa comment on tram also kena bash...taikors here dont play play even tram also vested in. dont poke hole in their pockets.

borrow someone's comment from other forum: cyber/putra jam and population is NOTHING compare to KL city. please prioritize the spending of public money.

 

I like tram vr much, just like tram in melb, make short distance journey convenient, unlike LRT/MRT, usually we need to climb up & down, que for ticket

this two place already greylist by banks. many bank very cautious with loan here. my friends selling cyber projects know about it. need to borrow from riskier banks when getting risky property.
