U mentioned NAPIC also doesn't mean that u really familiar with the numbers in cyberjaya, u never extract any number from napic to discuss here but only "more than 20 towers", I can't recall there is a tower statistic when I read napic summary, correct me if I'm wrong.

DR Prof  Ice  talks only in CJ and 20 Towers......a theory he thinks could never go wrong..without offering  any other supporting facts and fig.

Any statistics published would be supported with an explanation on how the info is gathered and compiled. Not just 20 Towers, nothing more and nothing less.

He also Q the quality of our U degrees...and yet he produced such a short n quality theory ..

Over 20 towers under construction in cbj is a fact and representative of and consistent with napic data. Napic data is available for public to download and analyze.

Like example, sp setia, Ecoworld, sunway, sime, UEMS, wct
But avoid MS, MCT, IOI

All ppl live in Setia Alam working in Setia Alam?
All ppl live in semenyih working in semenyih? Or Kajang?

Yes, it may be a scary Number to see so many high rise however it doesnf mean cyber is going to be a ghost town.
If u r living in cyber, you can easily notice that diff to follow find parking in shaft bury sq,d pulze.... Just more n more ppl living here. I strongly believe, opening of SRJK C Union in 2018 will boost up more family staying due to better living environment, affordable n cheaper houses, world class infra n better school facilities.

unfortunately Eco Sunway Sime and WCT not represented in Cj.

The Greater KL population & Cyberjaya X factors will make this place very happening
