It's laman view la. Just behind HP.
Last time Phase 1 22x70 landed 500+k onwards. They also have 22x75 and 22x85. Not gated and guarded, but guarded scheme.

This new phase should be 22x70 and 22x85 but bigger build up, gated n guarded.

Those 500+k early sapu habis already la since last year.
The last few units are corner lot above 1 mil. That's like a month or two ago, not sure if they still have any left.

Yup, Phase 1 BU is 1680sqft. Not sure for nett BU.

Anyway, sometimes its not about the psf price, its the entry point. You can afford a landed with lower cost, then in future if needed can still renovate and extend. If purely look at psf price, then should go buy bungalow coz that will be cheaper.

Phase 2 is GnG, so i guess no extension allowed.

Seems like there are more plans by Cyberview to enhance the Entrepreneur Hub. The new development area is beside Magic, Dashbox hotel and also beside Dell.

They are gathering feedback from people in Cyberjaya Buzz facebook page.

Also, do you all know dashbox expanding with Phase 2, this also looks good.

They also have a cafe in there which I've yet to try. But from the website price is reasonable.

So some update on Dpulze, Miniso and LOL will open in November. Aren't the management quite good at getting it almost 100% occupied?

Yup, the place looks much better after the ID reno.

They also address ppl's complain on limited lift for use by putting up sign to another lift (bomba/ goods lift) which is located at not so common area for use as well.

When I went to sjkc during the 90s, we went thru fund raising to upgrade the school and build new school hall. Even the basic table and chair is in bad condition while my friend from normal sk having good condition class rooms.

The allocation for school maintenance is limited for sjkc, i believe the same for sjkt. I'm not sure how different it is today for the maintenance. But we all know for sure no new sjkc, so this Chinese school is a relocation from a rural area near taiping. Their aim is to save the school and benefit more students in cyberjaya as there are too few students left in the original location.

As my own experience, my school is existing school. We needed to raise fund over years by having flea market, concert etc to raise sufficient funds to upgrade the school. New classrooms, demolish those old wooden classrooms and built multiple storey concrete classrooms.

That's the sad reality for jenis kebangsaan school. Anyway, good thing is many non Chinese is also benefiting from Chinese school as more and more non Chinese go to these schools nowadays. It's going to be more muhibbah than kebangsaan school soon coz there are lesser Chinese and Indian in kebangsaan school.

U want new or subsale? If new can check maple residence @Laman view. Or lakepoint residence opposite lakefront.

If subsale, there are few choices around. Garden residence and summerglades are not bad. If can stretch a bit more then go for eco glades.

Well, my point is that matured area already appreciated a lot especially during the bull market. So it's at its peak.
If u think new property beside pr1ma affects the appreciation, I put your sentiment to existing neighbourhood and the price might drop right? But it's just a question, not that I can predict. and don't be too quick to judge ppl.

From what I see Pr1ma is not low cost house. So it's just like any other condo or apartment around.
