I have a terrace under construction at lamanview. Not sure will be able to rent out or not. Not planning to stay there in near term
*
Lamanview construction is fast. I think should be handover 1st half next year. And if you rent it cheap should be able to find tenant.

Unfortunately I don't have the crystal ball. I would like to find out too. But if like nexona suggested, that low definitely can get tenant.

I think this is one of the reason why government very confident on CCC development.
*
But the hsr station will be at putrajaya sentral or ccc? Felt like ccc would be a better place to cater for this.

don't think the putrajaya HSR will be anywhere nearby ccc.

it most likely on east side of putrajaya
*
But that will not be connected to Mrt or KLIA transit if it's on the east side of putrajaya.

They thought about it but they were worried about brain drain. Cyberjaya is the technological hub that drives the knowledge economy and provides taxes to the government.  They will want to keep the knowledge workers within Malaysia and make it harder for knowledge workers to commute n work in Singapore to earn sing dollars. Cyberjaya is at the south of klang Valley whereas Bandar Malaysia is at the north. If you get the idea
*
How many ppl are willing to pay so much to travel between cyber and sgp daily? It's costly and too time consuming. It's more realistic for ppl from johor to work in sgp.

in many so called invesment advice companies. cyber is famous as the place to buy when you have not enough cash for DP as discounts are readily available. good buyer profile! thumbup.gif
*
LOL. really? maybe they focus too much on Cyberjaya. Discounts is out there all over the place and no one is complaining coz it's easy entry biggrin.gif ...

At least it's firm Putrajaya will have HSR station. Just whether it's at Putrajaya Sentral side or beside Presint 14.

Actually if they do it at Presint 14, highly likely they will have new infra to connect to Putrajaya Sentral too....Tram/ monorail should materialise by then.

If build at sg merab, I think it will be another failure.. If wanna bring up the place, many job need to be done.. I wonder why the stations not build to accommodate the current crowded area.. But they build to cater maybe 20-30 yrs (future crowd) and I don't think those area is convenient even for future...  Anyway, nvm lar.. Maybe the studies say those area people are traveling domestic hsr regularly.. So need a station there..

If this is the case, cyberjaya folk still will opt for Bdr Msia station rather than go to jungle and take train?
*
Lol. Maybe alternative way to justify monorail/tram service for putrajaya.

Well, when it's ready only we will know the convenience, so can't comment for now. There's a concern too if hsr running beside crowded area, it will be noisy.

Enough on HSR - let's talk about the food in Cyberjaya.
Anyone would like to share the latest findings on their last visit to any nice food in cyber?
Saw this shop - "yummy-sushi" at glomac and haven't got a chance to try it. Is it any good?
*
Is this the one few doors away from Zawara coffee?

If it is, the food is not bad, and price reasonable.

i heard laman view superlink is open for sale.
*
New Phase or the existing Phase 1B? If existing is almost sold out, left only corner units which is above 1 mil.

Btw, for Phase 1B, the build up is small. Land sizes are 22x70, 22x75 (both b.u 1680sqft) or 22x85 (bu 1828 sqft). I guess can't consider as super link.

but it's super pack now  cry.gif  wait for another few more weeks.. maybe then less people  biggrin.gif
*
Why need to force when there's high demand? Mcd is in putrajaya for long time dy. Alamanda mall has one for ages.

Are Teh Tarik Place cancel their plan to open at Dpulze? Recently didn't hear any news about their opening
*
Possible. renovation not started yet. And they removed the 'teh tarik place' paper which they posted at that vacant lot.
