Just went there last weekend. Look like they are cleaning the surrounding area, and saw a entry guard house beside the highway.

Wonder how MahSing would answer to the Purchaser of Cerrado about Block C & D which haven't start construct yet.
Block A & B expected to VP by this year 2020.

Earlier purchased Cerrado is supposed with Block C & D.

May be we can lodge a complaint to the Authority, and see how MahSing would answer this.

Maybe MahSing just cut half the Master Title land and make Cerrado permanent 2 Blocks of Development.

Without Block C & D, is the Owner of Block A & B need to bear the Maintenance Fees & Quit Rent covering the whole Land of 4 Blocks?

Any comments?

The Picture shown the 2 Tower Blocks only, is Block A & B.

I wondered the same thing. Does it mean another 4 years for block C and D to be completed?

Seems like the construction in Southville is never going to end; where Sensory is expected until 2022 and Savanna Plaza not sure when. I wonder how people there are dealing with dust and sound polution.

Heard block C & D will not be build within the next 5 years. Due to price and too much lelong unit at nearby savanna. Block A&B upon VP sure price will drop with lots of lelong unit. They cannot sell Block C & D lower than what the sold to purchaser of block A&B.

MS is focusing on their affordable housing MVertica & etc
