haha..it good, manage to move-in before CMCO started, staying here 24/7. LOL. Nothing much to complain, except poor soundproof as unit above staying with some asxhxxx ranting.gif ranting.gif , dragging chair, dropping thing, walking like jumping the whole night until 3-4am everyday, don't understand why need to walk that much, instead of just sit on sofa watch tv or lining down on bed swipe tiktok.

Comments:
1. VP Process - Completed two round of defect fixing within 1.5 months, hired home inspection service and submitted total +-110 bugs/issues (mostly minor like dirty wall/window/tiles, blessed that hollow tiles<10 for whole units, balcony water flow not smooth and etc)

2. Quality - Overall, okok lar, first time buy this MS, no experience and no do research, only know MS quality is bad after bought the unit, luckily it still acceptable for my unit. Don't expect high quality, but it standard/a little bit above standard quality i would say.

3. Quality - Layout is reasonable and mostly feasible, not much construction bugs like the visible horizontal beams on top (横梁)

4. Quality - Again, soundproof is really bad, heard dog barking at midnight, morning, and some lorry/lalabeng car/bike from highway

5. Facilities - Nice facilites provided, but can't use due to CMCO, what a waste. haha. only manage to see, cannot use.

5. Location - As working in PJ, no doubt this location is quite ulu, near to no where, compared to previous rented unit, can go 1U, Starling, PJ SS2, Sunway Pyramid easier. CMCO now, you have to drive further to find a better shopping mall to get groceries.

6. Environment - Peaceful and nice staying in a new township. Shoplot here is quite happening, you will see car coming in and out non-stop, not sure what is attracting them, and where they come from. haha.

7.Environment - Currently not all shoplot is opened, and mostly is mamak and mini store, hope can bring in more cafe/coffee house as there is rarely got good enviroment to chill and chitchat at nearby area, definitely a good opportunities for business. haha

So overall, staying here is ok if you are working nearby/flexible hour and don't mind to spend some time to travel.
Will i do the same decision to buy here if given the chance, i would say 50-50, personally still prefer PJ environment, but the price is not affordable at the time, so chose this unit here.
Am i regret? No, believe this new city will definitely grow, just matter of time, all project take time to developed right rclxm9.gif

Yeah I guess S&P price is close to 500k for this unit size. Now at 50% off S&P price.

Other developer house price got reduce so much? 50% leh...I better buy completed unit.

Nothing wrong from MS end mah. They got many waterfish to buy their house in the middle of nowhere at 500psf. Good margin for MS.

Many senior forumers have been warning people about this southville but buyers still stubborn and went ahead.
