received cc letters (to bank and lawyer from mahsing) about the undertaking.. letters dated at 7/march/2017.. soon more letters coming in biggrin.gif

Avens is indeed an interesting offering. Yeap, built up is about 3,000sqft for 2 and a half while the 3 storey is 3,500 sqft. Almost bought this but in the end, went with a project in Alam Impian, Shah Alam instead with a similar pricing and built up.. Reason being, didn't like the towering high rise buildings that will be surrounding Avens. Quite a big turn off to me actually, that the likes of Savanna and Cerrado are rather nearby.

Hope Savanna is well accepted once the handover takes place later this year (expecting it to be in Q3 or Q4 this year).

Apartment supply in Southville as of now:

4808 units = 3192 Savanna + 1616 cerrado

How many more thousand apartments after this? Already 5k units, wheres the opis tower, shopping mall etc?

Wow like parklane oug? Maximize d profit frm every inch of d land! Still a lot of land in sv but no news on more high rise launching

MahSing advertised 50% Landscape & 50% development, hopefully is true.

Parklane OUG got how many Units total?

Commercial still not focus yet, they hope get more residential to hop in first.

Bean kor so khua cheong meh 4000+ is d norm now? Can name another 3 projects wth 4000+ units? Forest city 4 islands big area ma so 15000 units ok la as compared to park-less lane!!!

Parklane occupancy is ok with low end tenant base like ph etc. Parklanes rental although cheap could be possible due to location in oug not far from lrt okr puchong kl etc.

Its not located in the middle of the jungle where most of the surrounding land is still not developed yet.

Last weekend past by there, i think they're doing earthworks now.
Also in progress constructing the RE Walls (getting higher and higher each week).

For the interchange highway access, saw some pillar done & portion beam ok installed, hope can finish before end of year. Thanks

Do you mean the progress claim for Units?
If yes, they need to finish the foundation first only can make claim, it is the HDA guidelines.
