4808 units = 3192 Savanna + 1616 cerrado How many more thousand apartments after this? Already 5k units, wheres the opis tower, shopping mall etc? |

Parklane occupancy is ok with low end tenant base like ph etc. Parklanes rental although cheap could be possible due to location in oug not far from lrt okr puchong kl etc.
Its not located in the middle of the jungle where most of the surrounding land is still not developed yet. |
